The initial program is being designed to last 12 weeks or 90 days
The program is designed to help you know your goals, know yourself. Once that happens, for you to design a path and goals that works for you based on your core values of your true self.
We begin with a questionnaire, followed by a plan and ending with a set of goals for each level of yourself, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Every week:
Questionnaire, analyses of the, questionnaire, plan and execution.
The initial program is being designed to last 12 weeks
After 12 weeks you may continue a monthly basis and we will address specific issues discovered during the initial process.
Price for 12 weeks which includes all material including videos, mantras and more. You will daily text or email. One-hour weekly call to check on your progress, plan the next step give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
