Program:
The design of the program is to help you know your goals, know yourself. Once that happens, design a path and goals that work for you based on your true self’s core values.
As a coach, I will be here to help walk your path of choice, supporting you, guiding you, and holding accountable.
We begin with a questionnaire, followed by a plan and ending with a set of goals for each level of yourself, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

CORRESPONDENCE
Weekly one hour phone call for 12 weeks. Plus emails and text.
Assignments & accountability
The weekly calls address any issues related to the steps, questionnaire, plan, and execution and keep you accountable. The daily text or email, are affirmations and reminders.
Detailed session recaps
Take notes, keep you on the right track of what you need to get done weekly, and refer to the questionnaire to see where you are.

Initial evaluation is free, and you will receive the intake questionnaire with your one-hour free consultation.
Choose your plan
The initial program lasts 12 weeks.
After the 12 weeks, you may continue monthly, and we will address specific issues discovered during the initial process.
The price for the 12-week program includes all material, including videos, mantras, and more. Daily text or emails which are accountability. Plus, a one-hour weekly call to check on your progress, plan the next step, given you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

YES, by following the program you will be able to discover, and even make changes:

- Anything else in your life you want to focus and work on.
You would have to have a perfect reason to do so, such as a health issue or something similar, unless you quit within 15 days of the program, which you will receive 75% back if you made the full payment. After the 15 days, there are no refunds.
There are no contracts for the monthly program. Just give notice when you feel you have completed your goals or can now handle it independently. We ask you to do it a week or so in advance since we only take many people per month and out of courtesy to others that are on the waiting line to have the ability to take your place.

It is only possible if you live in Camano Island, WA, or close by. Otherwise, our meetings will be over the phone, zoom, or WhatsApp, your choice. Most communications are via email and text messages, as well as phone calls.
You will get all the questions etc. from me. However, we recommend you acquire a notebook for yourself to keep tabs on your progress and take notes from each session, even though I will be sending you an update email.
